The media fraternity is a very important institution in maximising the potentials of girl– child and women through our development programmes in the underprivileged society.
The media today, plays a major role in developing opinions or preferences, interpretation of how people see the world around them and most importantly, the media brings awareness to the people, which trigger their thinking. It is this thinking, which makes the privileged realise themselves as having role to play in the development of the deprived and the needy in our society.
The media fraternity has given this Foundation overwhelming support so far. Without their advocacy it would be very difficult for us to reach out to our target audience and stakeholders.
Some of the media organisations that have covered our foundation’s activities are Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) Lagos and Owerri, The Guardian News Paper, The Sun News paper, The Pilot and online papers, among others.
